Helping you find your way
Psychotherapist, counsellor, existential analyst and autogenic therapist living and working in South Oxfordshire
Counselling and psychotherapy can help when life gets tough. For all life’s joys there are times when we find ourselves alone, in distress. This may appear as anxiety, depression, anger or grief. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, trapped and uncertain. Or unsure of what to do and where to go, wanting to talk without being judged or criticised.
I offer a warm, confidential, open-minded space to explore these feelings. A space to consider how you find yourself in the world, your relationship with it, with yourself and the meanings you create. As this becomes clearer, new understandings about what may be preventing you from living more fully will emerge, alongside new possibilities for living a richer, more fulfilling life.
This exploration can be over a short period or longer term depending on what you are seeking. You may be looking to explore a particular issue or dilemma. Or perhaps a longer period of time to get to know who you are.
On this site you will find information about my private practice and how I work.
